Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new features and capabilities within the Retail Media product line.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market trends and feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and R&D teams to prioritise backlogs and define functional specs.
- Partner with client-facing teams to understand advertiser workflows and surface emerging needs.
- Build subject matter expertise across the retail media landscape — understanding how different networks and ad types evolve.
- Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders across the business.
Ideal Profile
- Hands-on experience in Retail Media advertising (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, or similar).
- Candidates from Customer Success, Client Services, Solutions, Strategy, or Marketing with strong product instincts are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into well-scoped product requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with remote teams.
- Strong problem solver with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Curious, commercially minded, and passionate about building tools that power modern advertising.
