the Role
  
We’re looking for a Account Leader to join the Retail Media team and play a pivotal role in shaping one of the company’s fastest-growing product areas.
  
You’ll act as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering — driving roadmap decisions, identifying emerging market opportunities, and translating complex requirements into smart, impactful solutions.
  
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who’s been close to retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart, etc.) and wants to move deeper client side into a more product management orientated role.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
  • Lead the development of new features and capabilities within the Retail Media product line.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market trends and feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and R&D teams to prioritise backlogs and define functional specs.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to understand advertiser workflows and surface emerging needs.
  • Build subject matter expertise across the retail media landscape — understanding how different networks and ad types evolve.
  • Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders across the business.
  
Ideal Profile
  
  • Hands-on experience in Retail Media advertising (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, or similar).
  • Candidates from Customer Success, Client Services, Solutions, Strategy, or Marketing with strong product instincts are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into well-scoped product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with remote teams.
  • Strong problem solver with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and passionate about building tools that power modern advertising.
