About the Role
This role has been created as part of a newly strategic Initiatives function designed to fuel long-term growth. The Product Manager will sit at the heart of identifying, validating, and launching new product opportunities, both within existing markets and in adjacent or emerging areas. You’ll operate in a high-trust, high-impact environment where speed, evidence-led decision-making, and first-contracted-dollar delivery are critical to success.
The Product Manager will be responsible for turning early-stage ideas into validated products, creating a repeatable approach to opportunity assessment, and scaling successful initiatives into material lines of business.

Role Highlights
- Design and evolve a framework to assess and prioritise growth opportunities
- Validate hypotheses through MVPs and early commercial traction
- Define product vision, roadmap, and value propositions for selected initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts to build and execute GTM strategies
- Progress successful initiatives towards P&L ownership
You Will Need
- Bring strong experience in early-stage B2B product management
- Understand how to build enterprise software for financial services clients
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to execute at pace
- Be highly organised when leading complex, ambiguous initiatives
- Use data confidently to guide decisions and prioritisation
