With a portfolio spanning both retail and D2C, they’re building products that speak to active, engaged communities and they’re now investing in expert marketing talent to take their storytelling to the next level.
The Marketing Manager will shape how products are positioned, packaged, and brought to market. You’ll craft the messaging that resonates with consumers, create retail-ready assets with creative teams and own the go-to-market strategy from end to end.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Lead positioning, messaging, and launch plans for lifestyle & performance products
- Collaborate with Design and Creative to shape packaging and campaign content
- Own GTM plans across retail and D2C, aligning teams around consistent narratives
- Build internal toolkits, messaging guides, training decks, activation blueprints
- Act as cross-functional bridge between product, commercial, and marketing leads
You Will Need
- Experience in consumer product marketing, ideally CPG or lifestyle brands
- Comfort working across both physical and digital product launches
- Strong storytelling skills
- Ability to align stakeholders from creative to commercial
- Exposure to performance gear, consumer tech, or apparel is a plus
