Product Marketing Manager
Location: UK (Hybrid / Flexible)
Salary: £40000-45000

They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercial success of their portfolio of products and services by strengthening positioning, improving go-to-market execution and supporting membership and revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, commercial strategy and audience insight, working closely with marketing, partnerships and learning teams.
What you'll own
Market research & insight
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategy.
Product positioning & go-to-market strategy
Create compelling value propositions and positioning frameworks that differentiate products and drive awareness and demand.
Persona development & messaging
Build detailed buyer personas and support targeted campaigns aligned to audience needs.
Pricing strategy & commercial performance
Review pricing models and implement strategies to drive income growth and profitability.
Sales enablement & product launches
Create sales tools, support new product development and ensure strong alignment between product features and customer needs.
Budget management & campaign delivery
Manage product marketing budgets and support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
Digital & platform optimisation
Support website content development and email marketing activity to ensure accurate messaging and strong audience engagement.
