Product Marketing Manager
London / Hybrid
Salary: 55-75K

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business at a key inflection point, moving from organic growth into a more structured, scalable commercial phase.

They’re hiring their first dedicated Product Marketing Manager to build the function from scratch, working closely with a newly appointed CMO and supporting multiple product launches over the next 6–9 months.

This is a high-impact, builder role, sitting at the intersection of product, sales and marketing.
What you’ll own

Positioning & messaging
Define and own messaging frameworks across products, ICPs and personas, simplifying complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives.
Product launches & GTM
Own the end-to-end launch process — from positioning through to execution — ensuring every release lands with clear commercial impact.
Sales enablement
Build the enablement function from scratch, including decks, battlecards, talk tracks and objection handling materials.
Competitive & market insight
Own competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis and customer insight to inform product and commercial strategy.
Website & conversion
Own product messaging across the website and ensure all launches are supported by strong, conversion-focused content.
Product content
Create and guide production of use cases, case studies, explainer content and campaign assets.

What they’re looking for

• 4+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS
• Experience operating in high-growth or ambiguous environments
• Experience taking complex, multi-product offerings to market
• Strong experience in sales enablement and GTM execution
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product launches

Profile

• Strong written communicator — able to simplify complex ideas
• Commercially driven — focused on pipeline and revenue impact
• Structured thinker — able to build frameworks from scratch
• Confident working cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

This role suits someone who enjoys building from zero, shaping how a product is understood in the market and driving real commercial impact.
