The Product Operations Manager will:
- Own the product operations roadmap for secured lending systems and tools
- Map workflows, identify pain points, and deliver process improvements
- Drive integration of new platforms, decision engines, and AI tools
- Oversee testing, roll-out, and adoption of new solutions
- Product and requirement gathering and MVP testing with technology
- Looking at new tools and technology ( including AI) can improve product efficiency
- Proven experience in product operations, process optimisation, or systems delivery
- Background in financial services or another regulated industry
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of secured lending (desirable)
- £55,000-£60,000 base + bonus
- Up to 6% matched pension
