The company has already laid the foundation: product-market fit, transacting buyers, and demand-side infrastructure. Now it needs a programmatic sales leader to build, coach, and scale a team that sells into agencies and brands.
Your Mandate:
- Manage 2–3 programmatic sellers (being hired now)
- Refine sales processes, cadences, comp, and GTM strategy
- Roll up your sleeves and close alongside your team in key early deals
- Partner with programmatic ops/product to ensure delivery and optimization
- Be the go-between for commercial, ops, and senior leadership
You Bring:
- Prior experience managing a team of programmatic sellers
- Still capable of jumping in to close complex deals
- Strong network of agency or brand-side programmatic buyers
- Experience in DSP/SSP platforms, adtech, or digital media companies
- Startup/scale-up mentality—you move fast and don’t need hand-holding
