As the organisation continues to expand its influence across the financial services landscape, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Public Affairs Lead to develop and deliver an ambitious public affairs strategy. This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to engage directly with senior policymakers, regulators and industry leaders while influencing the future direction of one of the UK's most important financial sectors.
  
The Public Affairs Lead will:
– Develop and implement an integrated public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy
– Build trusted relationships with Government departments, Parliament, regulators and industry bodies
– Monitor political and regulatory developments, providing strategic insight to senior leadership
– Coordinate consultation responses, policy briefings and stakeholder communications
– Represent the organisation at industry events, roundtables and external meetings, acting as a credible ambassador for the sector
  
The role requires:
– Experience within public affairs, government relations or policy, ideally within financial services or fintech
– Strong understanding of the UK political landscape and financial regulation
– Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
