Role Overview
  
As a Pursuit Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the work-winning function, helping to coordinate high-quality bids, proposals, and presentations that secure new business opportunities.
You will work closely with business development, preconstruction, and operational teams to manage pursuit processes from early-stage opportunity tracking through to submission.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and pursuit process
  • Support the preparation of high-quality proposals, PQQs, and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial content
  • Maintain and update bid collateral, case studies, and capability statements
  • Assist in the development of presentations and interview materials
  • Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Track opportunities and support pipeline reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of pursuit processes and documentation
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or pursuit coordination role (construction or professional services preferred)
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign or similar tools advantageous)
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
