Role Overview
As a Pursuit Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the work-winning function, helping to coordinate high-quality bids, proposals, and presentations that secure new business opportunities.
You will work closely with business development, preconstruction, and operational teams to manage pursuit processes from early-stage opportunity tracking through to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and pursuit process
- Support the preparation of high-quality proposals, PQQs, and tender submissions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial content
- Maintain and update bid collateral, case studies, and capability statements
- Assist in the development of presentations and interview materials
- Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered on time
- Track opportunities and support pipeline reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of pursuit processes and documentation
- Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or pursuit coordination role (construction or professional services preferred)
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign or similar tools advantageous)
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
