A fast-growing challenger brand transforming how people think about pet nutrition is hiring for a Regional Sales Team Leader. The role is to launch and lead the in-person presence across Manchester and the North West.

What you’ll do
  • Lead from the front – Sell face-to-face at events, pop-ups, and festivals while inspiring others to do the same.
  • Coach and grow your team – Recruit, train, and motivate a group of freelance Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Own performance – Track daily metrics, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot challenges in real time.
  • Keep it running smoothly – Manage rotas, logistics, and stand operations with precision and pride.
  • Shape the culture – Bring energy, creativity, and accountability to everything you do.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven sales or team leadership experience – ideally in events, retail, or face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Natural people leader who thrives on coaching and celebrating others.
  • Goal-driven with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
  • A UK driving licence is a bonus but not essential.
  • Flexible to work weekends and occasional evenings – where the action happens!
