What you’ll do
- Lead from the front – Sell face-to-face at events, pop-ups, and festivals while inspiring others to do the same.
- Coach and grow your team – Recruit, train, and motivate a group of freelance Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Own performance – Track daily metrics, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot challenges in real time.
- Keep it running smoothly – Manage rotas, logistics, and stand operations with precision and pride.
- Shape the culture – Bring energy, creativity, and accountability to everything you do.
- Proven sales or team leadership experience – ideally in events, retail, or face-to-face customer engagement.
- Natural people leader who thrives on coaching and celebrating others.
- Goal-driven with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
- A UK driving licence is a bonus but not essential.
- Flexible to work weekends and occasional evenings – where the action happens!
