The Retention Lead will lead multi-channel CRM and loyalty strategy across two well-known global brands, driving customer engagement, advocacy, and long-term revenue growth.
Role Highlights
- Develop and execute CRM retention plans across email, SMS, print, and loyalty channels
- Own customer segmentation strategy and lead international lifecycle campaigns
- Optimise customer journeys, from onboarding to winback, across multiple regions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, web, and marketing teams
- Track KPIs weekly, using insights to iterate and improve strategy
You Will Need
- Proven senior-level CRM experience across ecommerce or subscription models
- Expertise in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty schemes
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and platforms like Shopify, Trustpilot, or Attentive
- A data-driven mindset and confidence using analytics to drive results
- Experience managing CRM agencies and building out internal capability
