With major investment in CRM platforms and lifecycle strategies, they’re now hiring a Retention Lead to steer loyalty, maximise lifetime value, and refine their digital-first approach across multiple brands. The Retention Lead will lead multi-channel CRM and loyalty strategy across two well-known global brands, driving customer engagement, advocacy, and long-term revenue growth.
  
  
Role Highlights
  • Develop and execute CRM retention plans across email, SMS, print, and loyalty channels
  • Own customer segmentation strategy and lead international lifecycle campaigns
  • Optimise customer journeys, from onboarding to winback, across multiple regions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, web, and marketing teams
  • Track KPIs weekly, using insights to iterate and improve strategy
  
  
You Will Need
  • Proven senior-level CRM experience across ecommerce or subscription models
  • Expertise in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty schemes
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and platforms like Shopify, Trustpilot, or Attentive
  • A data-driven mindset and confidence using analytics to drive results
  • Experience managing CRM agencies and building out internal capability
