Through innovative technology and data-led insights, they help employees access smarter financial tools designed to build savings and reduce reliance on high-cost credit. Following continued partner growth and increasing demand, they are now hiring their first dedicated Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Executive to build scalable revenue processes and accelerate commercial expansion.

The Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Executive will combine outbound engagement, partner-led lead conversion and progressively take ownership of full sales cycles. The Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Executive will drive early-stage pipeline growth and evolve into a deal-owning commercial contributor.
Role Highlights –
The Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Executive will:
– Enrich partner-supplied data to identify decision-makers within target employers
– Conduct warm outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
– Qualify and book meetings, converting partner and inbound leads
– Progress into managing smaller deals end-to-end
– Help build repeatable sales playbooks and improve partner conversion
You Will Need
The Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Executive will bring:
– Proven SDR or junior Inside Sales experience in B2B tech
– Confidence handling outbound prospecting and qualification conversations
– Strong organisational skills with CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)
– A self-starter mindset suited to a start-up environment
– Ambition to progress into a closing and revenue-owning role
