The Sales Director will lead a growing team of Account Executives, shaping new business acquisition across key European markets. You’ll be the driving force behind revenue acceleration. 

Role Highlights – Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives closing enterprise and agency deals

– Drive outbound strategies to grow pipeline and exceed revenue goals
– Present compelling value propositions to senior decision-makers across Europe
– Partner with product, marketing, and client success to fine-tune go-to-market motions
– Represent the brand at high-impact client meetings and industry events
You Will Need – 5+ years in SaaS sales, including 3+ in retail media
– Proven track record managing sales teams and exceeding targets
– Experience in outbound sales and enterprise deal cycles
– Strong consultative selling approach with C-level presentation skills
– Knowledge of digital retail channels including search, display and video
