This role sits within a global sales function and plays a critical part in helping client-facing teams succeed in a competitive market. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, shaping how the firm goes to market, improving sales effectiveness and increasing win rates - particularly on large, complex pursuits.

The Role As Sales Enablement Manager, you will support growth across multiple domains and capability areas, helping to design and deliver the tools, content and strategic support that underpin successful sales outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support end-to-end bid processes, including strategy development, solution shaping, proposal quality and orals preparation
- Collaborate across domains, capabilities and accounts to shape go-to-market propositions aligned to client priorities
- Lead the development of propositions and sales collateral, including playbooks and success stories
- Support the ongoing evolution of enablement tools and training, including the development and testing of GenAI prompts and agents across the sales lifecycle
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to ensure a joined-up and effective sales process
- Proven experience in bid strategy and bid management for complex, high-value pursuits, ideally within consulting or financial services
- Ability to engage senior leaders and subject matter experts and translate solutions into compelling, visual narratives
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and client buying cycles
- Previous client-facing or delivery experience, with the ability to shape solutions and assess delivery risk
- A strategic thinker who can turn business goals into practical enablement programmes
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Confidence to shape and challenge solution approaches in a constructive, collaborative way
- Experience using GenAI or GPT technologies in a commercial or consulting context
- Financial services domain knowledge (e.g. Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management)
- Understanding of UK financial services buying behaviours
- Experience delivering internal sales enablement or capability training
- Exposure to partner-led or joint go-to-market pursuits
- Ability to analyse pipeline and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
