We’re working with a fast-scaling, VC-backed marketplace reshaping how fashion is sourced and sold by retailers across Europe and beyond. With backing from some of Silicon Valley’s most renowned investors, their product-led approach and global supplier base are unlocking huge growth. Now, they’re hiring a commercially sharp Sales Lead to drive and optimise their go-to-market engine.
The Sales Lead will be the driving force behind high-impact growth — owning the sales function, converting key accounts, and leading a small, agile team. This is a high-autonomy role at a pivotal stage of expansion, with direct exposure to founders and GTM strategy.
The Sales Lead will…
– Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing B2B sales team
– Grow and convert a qualified pipeline of fashion suppliers and buyers
– Run outbound and inbound sales motions across multiple channels
– Build tailored pitches and proposals that consistently close deals
– Shape commercial strategy in sync with marketing, product, and ops
You will need…
– B2B sales leadership experience in a high-growth tech environment
– Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell value over features
– Hands-on mentality: you're comfortable owning both strategy and delivery
– Organised and data-driven — you run a clean pipeline and forecast with confidence
