Our client is building a next-generation technology platform transforming how private markets firms manage fund finance operations. Backed by deep sector expertise and driven by ambitious growth plans, the business combines specialist financial knowledge with modern technology to deliver greater transparency, efficiency and collaboration across complex lending environments. Following continued expansion and increasing market demand, they are now looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Lead to help shape and scale the future of the platform.

The Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in building the commercial foundation of a rapidly growing FinTech business. Working closely with senior leadership and product teams, you’ll own the full sales lifecycle while helping define go-to-market strategy, client engagement processes and long-term commercial direction. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage where your impact will directly influence product growth, client acquisition and market positioning within the private markets and fund finance space.

Role Highlights

– Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
– Build and manage relationships with GPs, fund administrators and private credit stakeholders
– Collaborate with leadership to shape commercial strategy and sales processes
– Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
– Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning

You Will Need

– 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech or financial software sales
– Proven success building and closing enterprise pipelines exceeding $500K annually
– Strong understanding of financial markets and interest in private markets technology
– Confidence managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
– A self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving growth environment
