Essential Skills
- 6+ years’ sales experience, with 2+ years managing outbound sales teams
- Strong B2B SaaS or SMB sales background, ideally in fintech, healthtech or marketplace platforms
- Proven ability to hit and exceed team quotas while scaling early-stage sales operations
- Excellent coaching, communication and performance management skills
- Experienced with CRM systems, analytics, and building outbound sales processes
