The Sales Manager will lead, mentor and grow a team of new business sales representatives, shaping the performance of a best-in-class SaaS product that is trusted by biopharmaceutical leaders worldwide. You’ll combine strong personal selling ability with the skills to develop others, ensuring both team and individual success.
Role Highlights
– Manage and motivate a team of 4–5 new business sales reps
– Deliver against ambitious new business sales targets
– Report on team performance, pipeline activity and lead coverage
– Refine sales systems and processes to boost effectiveness
– Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs and RevOps to drive high-quality opportunities
You Will Need
– 4+ years of SaaS new business sales success, including 1–2 years in a player/manager role
– Proven track record selling into the biopharma sector
– Demonstrated ability to deliver growth and exceed team targets
– Experience developing, coaching and progressing sales professionals
– High energy, resilience, and motivation to over-achieve ambitious goals
