– Conduct customer viewings and negotiate commercial lease terms

– Monitor competitor activity and advise on pricing strategies
You Will Need – Experience in commercial property, coworking or B2B sales environments
– Confident communication and relationship-building skills
– Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot
– A target-driven mindset and ability to thrive independently
– Willingness to travel across multiple sites in London
