We’re working with a bold, creator-first marketing agency that’s shaking up how brands reach audiences. Specialising in high-performance influencer campaigns, they’re growing fast off the back of partnerships with household names in entertainment, tech, and ecommerce. With an in-demand platform, a slick content engine, and agency-level support — they’re primed to scale. Now, they’re hiring a UK Sales Manager who can unlock major revenue growth and take ownership of the client pipeline.

The UK Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle — from outreach to close — working directly with the founders to land flagship clients across TV, streaming, tech and ecommerce sectors.

Role Highlights – Manage and convert enterprise deals with 6-figure potential
– Own outbound sales strategy, outreach, and pitch development
– Collaborate with agency and marketing teams on campaigns
– Represent the agency to CMOs, VPs and senior brand leaders
– Define commercial strategy with high autonomy

You Will Need – 3–5+ years in sales within media, martech or creative services, selling to agencies and direct brands. 

– Strong track record closing large deals (6 figures+)
– Smart, compelling pitch storyteller with high commercial awareness
– Experience targeting senior marketing buyers across brand and digital
– Comfortable building pitch decks, prospecting lists, and sales ops from scratch
