The Sales Development Representative Team Lead will oversee a team of 6-7 SDRs, combining hands-on mentoring with individual contribution to drive qualified pipeline growth.

- Manage and coach a high-performing SDR team to exceed lead generation targets
- Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to maintain high energy and focus
- Oversee fair lead distribution and optimise inbound/outbound performance
- Lead by example with strong individual pipeline contribution
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to align strategy
You Will Need
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to lead and develop junior sales professionals
- A consultative, data-driven approach to sales development
- Resilience, energy and a passion for high performance
- A strong desire to move into senior leadership in the near future
