They’re a London-headquartered SaaS FinTech, with offices in the US and Asia, currently growing ~25% YoY.

Their technology provides real-time monitoring and observability for trading infrastructure — originally built by ex-LSEG engineers to keep mission-critical trading systems running without interruption.

Today, the platform is used by 9 of the top 10 Tier 1 investment banks and other firms that rely on high-performance systems (trading, market data, risk, etc.). It helps clients keep latency low, data feeds stable, and order flows visible — preventing lost trades, reputational hits, and regulatory risk.

The Senior Account Manager will inherit 8–10 large sell-side clients (worth £4–8M) and focus on 6–7% YoY growth, combining account development and light new business.

Compensation is up to £120k base (depending on experience) + double OTE (£240k), with hybrid working (2–3 days/week in the City).
