Essential Skills:
- 4-6 years' consulting or transformation experience with strong data/AI expertise
- Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and strong Excel skills; exposure to data platforms desirable
- Experience in data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI solution design
- Strong client-facing skills: stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation
- Track record of owning deliverables and leading workstreams
