Senior Bid Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised Senior Bid Coordinator with a passion for architecture to join the London studio and play a key role in supporting high-value bids and wider work-winning activity.
Working closely with Partners and the wider work-winning teams, you'll take ownership of the project management of key bids, producing high-quality submissions while supporting the practice's longer-term strategic ambitions and positioning within the industry.
You'll join a collaborative and supportive Bids Team where creativity, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing are encouraged. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, with a minimum of three days in the London office and up to two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of work-winning strategies to help secure new projects across a range of sectors.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior Partners, to develop compelling proposals and presentation materials.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including procurement portal management and submissions, in line with internal procedures.
- Contribute to the writing and editing of high-quality bid responses.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce polished and engaging bid submissions.
- Review bid content to ensure accuracy, consistency and a high standard of presentation.
- Maintain the internal bid library, including staff CVs, project case studies and photography.
- Analyse bid performance across both wins and losses and develop lessons learned to improve future submissions.
- Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies across the bid process.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams on projects and wider work-winning initiatives.
- Previous experience in Bid Coordination or Bid Management, ideally within an architectural practice or wider built environment environment.
- Excellent Adobe InDesign skills with experience producing high-quality client-facing submissions.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids, stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and strong bid writing and editing ability.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to adapt communication style accordingly.
- Confident using procurement portals and bid submission platforms; experience with CMAP and OpenAsset would be advantageous.
