The Role

As a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end tender submissions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with technical, commercial, and leadership teams to produce accurate, compelling, and compliant bid documentation that meets demanding deadlines.
This role suits someone proactive, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and production of bids, proposals, PQQs, and client submissions.
  • Create, write, and edit high-quality bid content that is clear, consistent, and aligned with organisational standards.
  • Manage bid schedules, workflows, and internal communication to ensure on-time submission.
  • Organise bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and submission planning sessions.
  • Maintain and develop bid libraries, templates, and case-study portfolios.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into client-focused, engaging narratives.
  • Conduct quality, compliance, and formatting checks across all bid materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the bid function.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in bid coordination or proposal management, ideally in a senior or lead role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, with strong project-management skills and confidence handling multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe or bid-management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
