Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process for complex and multi-jurisdictional opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape compelling, client-focused content and solutions.
- Lead strategy calls, debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line-manage and mentor junior bid professionals within the team.
- Support wider business development efforts including panel reviews, pitch preparation, and presentation coaching.
About You
- Proven experience managing bids/tenders within a legal, professional services, or consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of bid best practices and ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for winning work.
