CREATIVE STRATEGIST – HIGH-GROWTH GLOBAL SCALE-UP

This is a performance-first creative role inside a fast-scaling international ecommerce business entering its next aggressive growth phase. Creative isn’t a support function here - it’s the growth lever.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Growth and alongside Paid Social to build a high-velocity, insight-led testing engine across Meta (with other platforms to follow). The goal is simple: find winners, scale spend, lower CAC and keep feeding the algorithm. This isn’t about perfect campaigns. It’s about smart hypotheses, speed, iteration and commercial impact.

What they need

  • Someone who has worked inside a fast-growth D2C environment and understands performance creative at scale
  • Someone who sees creative as a commercial lever and is comfortable being accountable for acquisition impact
  • Someone who thrives in high-output environments and prefers “ship and learn” over prolonged perfectionism
  • A digital native who understands how Meta behaves - fatigue, creative diversity, frequency and scaling dynamics
  • Someone confident owning creative angles and hypotheses, partnering closely with Paid Social to decide what scales and what gets cut

What you’re good at

  • Turning customer pain points and motivations into strong hooks and scroll-stopping concepts
  • Building structured testing frameworks with clear hypotheses and learning agendas
  • Breaking down complex/educational narratives to captivating hooks and paid social creative
  • Understanding performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and using data to defend decisions
  • Managing creative production end-to-end - briefing, scripting, creator direction, QA and delivery
  • Leveraging AI and creative intelligence tools to increase throughput and insight
  • Distilling complex propositions into digestible, high-converting creative

What you’ll get

  • Largely remote working (UK) with travel required to Scotland HQ (travel/accommodation covered)
  • 25 days holiday + Birthday off
  • Company share scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Enhanced pension and bonus scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Gym discounts
  • Quarterly team training and social budget
