We’re recruiting for a senior Paid Social Creative Strategist to join a fast-scaling, international direct-to-consumer business at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. This is a newly created role, placing paid social creative at the centre of the company’s acquisition and growth strategy as it continues to expand across Europe.
Sitting within a high-performing marketing team, this role owns the strategy, delivery and performance of paid social creative across Meta and TikTok, working at the intersection of creative, media and insight. What they need
- Someone who can own paid social creative strategy end-to-end, from concept to delivery, reporting on performance and tweaking ad creative based on those insights
- Someone confident scaling creative volume without compromising quality or results
- A performance marketing native who knows how to influence stakeholders and challenge thinking when needed and understands what creative works on each social platform
- A creative strategist who balances instinct with data and performance insight
- Someone comfortable managing agencies, creators and internal teams across multiple workstreams
What you’re great at
- Meta paid social creative strategy (any exposure to TikTok creative formats, hooks and testing methodologies is highly desirable as this is a scaling channel for the brand)
- Developing insight-led creative strategies, briefs and testing frameworks, educating internally on best practice
- Analysing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) and feeding learnings back into creative
- Managing high volumes of creative assets at scale
- Working with paid media teams to scale winning creative, testing ad creative and helping drive acquisition for the brand through innovative ad concepts and execution
- Stakeholder, agency and junior team management
