Our client is scaling rapidly across international events and media, expanding into new verticals and markets. As growth accelerates, the way customer data is structured, governed, and activated is becoming central to commercial performance. This newly defined Senior CRM Manager (HubSpot) opportunity reflects that shift - placing HubSpot at the heart of strategic decision-making, commercial targeting, and long-term value creation across a multi-vertical B2B portfolio.
The Senior CRM Manager (HubSpot) will take full ownership of HubSpot, shaping how CRM supports Events, Media, and emerging business lines, and leading its evolution into a scalable, insight-driven platform that underpins the next phase of growth.
  
The HubSpot Lead will:
  • Own HubSpot strategy, standards, and roadmap across the organisation
  • Redesign data models, lifecycle stages, and segmentation frameworks
  • Define and optimise customer journeys from acquisition to retention
  • Improve data integrity, governance, and reporting reliability
  • Oversee CRM integration with sales, finance, and operational systems
  
You Will Need:
  • Proven experience owning and scaling HubSpot in a complex B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle management, and segmentation
  • Experience adapting CRM to support new products, markets, or revenue streams
  • Confidence working with integrations and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to set governance standards and prioritise competing CRM demands

This Senior CRM Manager (HubSpot) position is suited to someone who has led a CRM reset or transformation before - someone comfortable raising standards, challenging misaligned requests, and embedding structure into evolving systems.
