The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support a broad range of performance marketing activity across multiple channels, using a data-driven approach to fuel growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help drive optimisation across paid, CRM, affiliate, and on-site journeys for two distinct but equally exciting brands.
  
Role Highlights
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will:
– Plan, test and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
– Support A/B and multivariate landing page experiments to improve conversion rates
– Own the creation of new automated CRM/email flows to maximise LTV
– Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insight to stakeholders
– Collaborate with both in-house experts and agency partners to maximise channel effectiveness
  
You Will Need
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will need:
– 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in biddable, CRM, SEO or affiliate channels
– Strong data fluency and Excel/GA4/Looker/Power BI proficiency
– Experience in D2C, e-commerce or start-up environments (preferred)
– A growth mindset and eagerness to learn fast in a fast-paced setting
– Clear, confident communication and the ability to juggle varied workflows
