About The Role:
- Lead the trading performance of international eCommerce websites across multiple territories (primarily the US & Spain).
- Develop and deliver market-specific trading plans, campaigns and product launches.
- Optimise customer journeys, merchandising and on-site conversion performance.
- Partner with marketing, CRM, creative and operations teams to maximise commercial results.
- Analyse trading data, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
About You:
- Strong ecommerce trading experience - Commercial trading over content is essential
- Commercial and analytical mindset - you will live in the numbers and understand what drives performance day to day
- International market experience
- Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy
- Premium DTC background is highly desired
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ideally team management experience
- Experience working in founder-led businesses would be a bonus
