We're working with bold, design-led Luxury Fashion brand that building serious momentum in the global DTC space. With standout creative, a distinct voice, and a growing cult following, this business is now scaling rapidly - especially in the US and UK.
  
As they expand into new categories and territories, they're looking for a commercially sharp Ecommerce Trading Manager to take the reins of digital growth across their four Shopify stores.
  
You will own all things ecommerce - from revenue-driving campaigns to platform optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll lead the trading strategy, guide CRO enhancements, and deliver seamless customer journeys that increase AOV and conversion.
  
This is a doing role where you will have no direct reports so you need to be comfortable being an independent contributor and expert.
  
About the Role:
  • Drive the end-to-end ecommerce and trading strategy across UK, US, and international markets
  • Take full accountability for DTC performance, budget forecasts, and trading calendar
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the right stock, pricing, and product visibility
  • Oversee Shopify store operations including VM, navigation, and SEO structure
  • Own the roadmap for CRO, UX testing, and customer journey improvements
  
About You:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce DTC Fashion (ideally Luxury)
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce trading and VM
  • Strong commercial mindset - experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Track record of increasing conversion through testing and web optimisation
  • Skilled in Shopify Plus, Nosto, AB Tasty, GA4, and inventory planning tools
  • Experience managing international rollouts and localised sites is a bonus
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
