Senior Growth Marketing Executive
£40,000–£50,000 + bonus
Canary Wharf, London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

The Senior Growth Marketing Executive will take ownership of performance-driven acquisition across multiple paid channels, with a strong focus on scaling paid social while unlocking new growth opportunities.
Role Highlights – Optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
– Drive performance improvements through CPA reduction and channel efficiency
– Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to enhance results
– Own and grow the affiliate programme, managing partners and agencies
– Test new acquisition channels and build structured experimentation plans
You Will Need – 3+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing roles
– Strong expertise in paid social platforms, particularly Meta
– Exposure to multi-channel campaigns including search and affiliates
– Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
– Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
