Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive 10 month FTC
- Salary Range: €45,000 - €50,000 or higher day rate for 4 days not 5
- Location: Ireland | Dublin Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office

The Senior Marketing Executive will execute multi-channel campaigns and community-driven initiatives that enhance brand presence, drive occupancy, and bring each property to life through meaningful resident experiences.
Role Highlights
- Deliver integrated B2C and B2B marketing campaigns
- Manage digital channels including social, email, and web
- Track performance metrics such as ROI and lead conversion
- Support leasing activity during peak trading periods
- Build partnerships with local brands, influencers, and communities
You Will Need
- 4+ years' experience in marketing or related sectors
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
- Confident content creation and copywriting ability
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing tools
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and campaign analytics
