We're partnered with a highly influential organisation operating at the centre of the UK's financial services ecosystem. As part of an ongoing investment in marketing capability, they're looking to hire a Customer Marketing Specialist to build and develop their CRM and customer communications function.

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation with a meaningful mission and take ownership of a greenfield customer marketing programme. Working across a complex stakeholder landscape that includes banks, fintechs, policymakers and industry bodies, you'll help transform how the organisation understands, segments and engages its audiences.

The Customer Marketing Specialist will:
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of HubSpot, establishing the organisation's CRM capability and helping embed best practice across the business.
  • Own customer segmentation and targeted communications, ensuring different stakeholder groups receive relevant and timely messaging.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Digital teams to create a more joined-up customer experience and better understand audience behaviour.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, using engagement data and analytics to continuously improve performance.
  • Help build an evidence-based understanding of customers through segmentation, data analysis and audience research.
  • Create high-quality customer communications in an environment where accuracy, judgement and stakeholder management are critical.
  • Work across multiple stakeholder groups including banks, fintechs, government bodies and policymakers.
Required skills & experience:
  • Hands-on HubSpot implementation experience is essential.
  • A broad marketing communications background with strong CRM, customer marketing and email marketing expertise.
  • Experience building customer segmentation strategies and delivering targeted campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn engagement data into actionable insight.
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience creating customer-facing content.
  • Experience working within regulated, technical or stakeholder-heavy environments such as financial services, insurance, telecoms or membership organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences.
  • A hands-on, self-starting approach with the ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a lean team environment.
