As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of campaign delivery across leading social platforms, while developing your strategic thinking and client-facing skills. You'll be trusted to run accounts with increasing independence, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to innovative testing strategies that drive performance.
The Senior Account Executive will lead campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across multiple paid social channels while supporting both client growth and internal team development.
Role Highlights
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snap
- Own weekly performance reporting with clear insights and next steps
- Build and structure campaigns, including audiences, placements and creatives
- Collaborate on creative testing strategies and performance analysis
- Lead client communications on smaller accounts and support senior stakeholders
You Will Need
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social platforms
- Confident analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Clear and structured communication skills for client and internal use
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
