The Senior Performance Creative Executive will act as the key creative liaison for paid acquisition, bridging the gap between performance marketing and creative production. You’ll ensure high-quality, data-driven creative is briefed, produced, and iterated efficiently, helping campaigns achieve measurable results across multiple markets.

The Senior Performance Creative Executive will act as the key creative liaison for paid acquisition, bridging the gap between performance marketing and creative production. You’ll ensure high-quality, data-driven creative is briefed, produced, and iterated efficiently, helping campaigns achieve measurable results across multiple markets.
Role Highlights
- Lead creative briefing and production for acquisition campaigns across video, static, and interactive formats
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable creative direction
- Manage creative uploads and testing across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and creative teams to streamline workflows
- Identify opportunities for new assets, personas, and messaging to maintain continuous creative output
You Will Need
- Hands-on experience running paid social or mobile acquisition campaigns, especially on Meta and TikTok
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including testing, iteration, and scaling creative
- Ability to interpret creative metrics and apply insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or freelancers in eCommerce, DTC, or performance-focused environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
