Due to continued growth and increased investment in customer acquisition, they are now seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of their marketing evolution.
  
The Performance Marketing Lead will lead the strategic direction and performance of multiple acquisition channels, driving profitable growth while expanding channel diversification across the marketing mix. This is an opportunity for an experienced marketer to take ownership of substantial budgets, lead a talented team and influence commercial decisions at senior leadership level.
  
About the Role:
  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels across social, search, affiliate and emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy focused on sustainable customer acquisition
  • Lead performance forecasting, budget management and commercial reporting
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation initiatives in partnership with product and digital teams
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing external agency relationships (x2 direct reports)
  
You Will Need:
  • DTC Consumer Background
  • Strong hands-on Meta experience
  • Good knowledge of PPC & other channels
  • Understanding of different personas
  • Experience testing new channels
  • Proven track record scaling significant Meta budgets
