We’re working with a leading global law firm to appoint a Senior Pitch Manager into its high-performing Business Development team. This is a senior, visible role supporting partners on some of the firm’s most strategic and high-value opportunities.

The role As Senior Pitch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of complex pitch activity, acting as a strategic adviser to partners and senior stakeholders. You’ll lead pitches from qualification through to submission and debrief, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and commercially sharp approach.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and project managing major panel and transactional pitches end-to-end
- Advising partners on pitch strategy, positioning and messaging
- Developing compelling, client-focused written submissions and presentations
- Conducting research, competitor analysis and client insight to inform strategy
- Managing multiple high-priority pitches simultaneously to tight deadlines
- Supporting pitch rehearsals and ensuring teams are confident and well-prepared
- Driving continuous improvement across pitch processes, content and best practice
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider BD function
- Significant experience in a senior pitch or bid role within a legal or professional services environment
- A strong track record of leading complex, high-stakes pitches
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and partners
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and commercially astute
- A collaborative mindset with high standards and attention to detail
