With a brand new Head of Product Design at the helm, there is a renewed energy and focus on design within the organisation, making it a driving force in their product development and brand identity.
  
What they need -
  
  • A product designer with laser focus on refining and enhancing the user experience for this market leading SaaS product
  • A pragmatic, curious designer with a strong work ethic. Someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity, eager to get stuck into legacy UX, and motivated by meaningful, hands-on work
  • Someone who can manage the full design life-cycle, from initial research and concept stages through to wireframing, prototyping and testing
  • Someone to collaborate closely with their Product & Engineering counterparts (working in squads) to ensure a holistic approach to product development
  • A designer who can help refine design solutions as well as contribute to the component library/design system to drive consistency across the business
  • Someone who can help raise the bar with regards research, taking a real test and learn approach and solving complex challenges in fast-paced squads
  • A designer who can balance both the functional and visual design requirements of a project, working at pace to deliver an exceptional product for customers globally
  
  
What you're great at -
  
  • Guiding design decisions with research and data, applying insights to craft user-centric solutions
  • Applying user-centred design principles and practices ideally in a business with a similarly complex product
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and openness to feedback
  • Working in a growth squad, applying a highly experimental mind-set and rigorously testing any/all design enhancements
  • You know your way around Figma like the back of your hand
  • Any prior experience in Service Design would be highly desirable
