About the Company
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, senior-level contract role where you’ll shape an entirely new product at the intersection of AI, voice technology and healthcare delivery.

Our client is a fast-scaling healthtech organisation working closely with NHS services to remove friction from patient access and operational workflows. You’ll join at a pivotal moment, owning a greenfield initiative with real-world consequences for frontline teams and patients alike.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the creation of an early-stage, AI-driven voice product from initial concept through to a production-ready MVP embedded within a wider product ecosystem.

Role Highlights
  • Define a clear product vision and MVP for an agentic voice solution
  • Translate complex user, clinical and operational needs into prioritised delivery
  • Lead cross-functional engineers and designers through discovery and build
  • Use data and research to validate assumptions and guide product decisions
  • Partner with commercial and transformation teams on go-to-market planning

You Will Need
  • Proven experience taking 0–1 products into real-world use, preferably in B2B
  • Strong background leading product squads in complex environments
  • Confidence working with ambiguity, trade-offs and fast decision-making
  • Experience in healthtech or regulated sectors, ideally NHS-facing
  • A strong interest in AI, automation and agentic or voice-led workflows

Why You’ll Love It
  • High-ownership contract role with autonomy from day one
  • Direct, measurable impact on patient and staff experience
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and voice technology in healthcare
  • Collaborative culture with clinical, technical and commercial peers
