The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll become one of the key product leaders within a lean, ambitious business where you'll have significant autonomy from day one.
You'll own major areas of the product roadmap, working closely with customers, engineers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate problems and deliver products that drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own products from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Conduct customer research and user interviews to uncover real problems.
- Translate insights into product strategy, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Balance customer needs with technical and commercial priorities.
- Define success metrics and measure product performance.
- Influence UX, prototyping and product design.
- Explore how AI can enhance both the product and internal ways of working.
- Spend time with customers to understand how they use the platform in real-world environments.
You'll likely have:
- Strong Product Management experience within B2B SaaS.
- Experience owning products end-to-end.
- Excellent customer discovery and user research skills.
- Strong roadmap and product strategy experience.
- Confidence working alongside software engineers.
- Experience within regulated, technical or operationally complex environments.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for building products customers genuinely love using.
- Practical experience using AI tools within your product workflow.
