I'm working with a growing UK technology business that's looking for a Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of one of its core product areas.
This is a broad product role where you'll have genuine ownership across strategy, discovery and delivery, working closely with engineering and design to solve complex customer problems and build products that can scale.
You'll be responsible for shaping the long-term vision and strategy for your product area, identifying and validating new opportunities, using customer insight and product data to make decisions, and leading a cross-functional squad through delivery.
You'll also work closely with commercial and marketing teams to understand customer needs and help bring new capabilities to market.
They're looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience owning complex B2B SaaS products
- Can operate across both product strategy and hands-on delivery
- Has excellent product discovery and user research experience
- Uses both qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise
- Has led cross-functional engineering and design squads
- Is comfortable working across established products and earlier-stage/0→1 initiatives
- Understands how to balance individual customer requirements with building a scalable product
- Experience within healthtech, healthcare or the NHS would be particularly interesting, but isn't essential.
