The Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager will develop, onboard and grow a high-performing network of partners that fuels commercial expansion across key professional and financial sectors.

Role Highlights – Identify and prioritise new partners across legal, corporate services, accountancy, real estate and financial intermediaries
– Lead the full partner onboarding cycle to create a smooth, professional experience
– Track performance against agreed commercial targets with clear monthly reporting
– Upsell and grow existing relationships, building a strong referral ecosystem
– Convert corporate and HNW referrals into long-term revenue opportunities

You Will Need – Some exposure to outbound sales, including cold calling
– Academic foundation in Business, Finance, or a closely related subject
– Working understanding of financial markets and wider financial services
– Confident phone-first sales approach with outstanding communication skills
– Highly organised, motivated and able to understand buyer behaviour
