Senior Sales Executive – Derivatives & Securities Processing Solutions (DACH)
• £120,000–£140,000 base + commission + benefits

Our client is a global financial technology provider experiencing sustained growth across European capital markets. To support increasing demand for sophisticated derivatives and post-trade solutions, they are expanding their senior sales capability in the DACH region. This role offers genuine ownership of a high-value territory, long sales cycles with senior stakeholders, and the chance to shape how tier-one financial institutions modernise trading, clearing and post-trade operations.
The Senior Sales Executive – Derivatives & Securities Processing Solutions (DACH) will lead regional revenue growth by building trusted relationships with banks, asset managers and market infrastructure providers.
Role Highlights
– Own new logo acquisition and account expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
– Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to regional market trends
– Engage C-suite and senior operations leaders on complex trading and post-trade challenges
– Position cloud-based derivatives and securities processing platforms across SaaS and managed services
– Partner with internal product and solution teams to deliver tailored, high-impact proposals
You Will Need
– Proven fintech sales experience within derivatives, clearing, settlement or risk platforms
– Deep understanding of derivatives markets and DACH regulatory frameworks
– Fluency in German and English, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
– An established network across banks, brokers, asset managers or clearing firms
– A consultative, value-led approach to complex enterprise sales
