The Senior Social & Influencer Manager will lead the evolution of the brand’s organic social presence, shaping a compelling strategy that drives discovery, engagement and trust across multiple platforms.
Role Highlights
- Drive an integrated organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Meta and influencer channels to grow reach, engagement and traffic
- Shape a distinct visual and editorial identity that reflects a calm, design-led luxury aesthetic
- Deliver and optimise always-on content, including social-first series that educate and inspire audiences
- Build and manage a structured influencer programme covering gifting, paid, and affiliate tiers
- Partner with PR, brand, creative and paid teams to amplify high-performing stories and launches
You Will Need
- 4+ years’ social and influencer experience within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Proven success accelerating growth across Instagram and TikTok through storytelling and performance-led content
- Strong capability in shooting, editing, briefing and guiding creators
- Confident use of insights, UTMs and metrics to measure impact and refine strategy
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, ideas-driven approach
