The Senior Solution Engineer – AI / Data Analytics – Insurance will lead solution engineering initiatives across the UK and EMEA insurance market, helping clients solve critical business challenges with clarity, precision, and innovative thinking.
  
Role Highlights
  
– Lead pre-sales activity, from demos to proof-of-concepts, ensuring solutions align with client needs
– Partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to qualify opportunities and maximise value
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across insurance organisations
– Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and thought-leadership forums
– Guide responses to formal procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs)

You Will Need
  
– Strong expertise across insurance data, AI, analytics, and enterprise software
– Background in solution engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or technical architecture
– Hands-on experience with data-powered solutions such as entity resolution or advanced analytics
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
– A track record of building trust and influencing decision-makers at all levels
