The Senior Director Revenue Management will take ownership of pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategy across APAC and EMEA, driving profitability and maximising performance through data-driven insights and advanced pricing models.
Role Highlights – Shape and deliver revenue strategies that optimise utilisation and profitability across two continents
– Lead dynamic pricing initiatives powered by analytics, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking
– Mentor and develop a 50-strong international team, building capability for long-term success
– Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Operations to align strategy with execution
– Present actionable insights and performance recommendations directly to senior leadership
You Will Need
– Proven track record in senior-level revenue management leadership across multi-market operations
– Expertise in pricing strategy, yield optimisation, and demand forecasting
– Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and large analyst teams
– Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial decisions
– Collaborative approach with experience influencing stakeholders at C-suite level
