- Take full ownership of ideation, shooting and editing social-first content
- Create high-volume, high-quality output optimised for performance
- Turn growth briefs into content that drives retention and conversion
- Play a key role in building a best-in-class social content function
- Establish workflows and creative standards as the team scales
You Will Need:
- Proven experience creating social-first video content end-to-end
- Strong editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of trends, formats and platform behaviours
- Confident shooting content in agile environments (mobile-first mindset)
- Proactive, ideas-driven with the confidence to challenge and improve
