The Social Media Manager will shape, grow, and engage an active online community while producing standout creative that amplifies brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  
Role Highlights
  • Lead the full social media strategy, from concept to delivery, to boost engagement, retention, and reach.
  • Create and edit compelling short-form video, photo, and written content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage a network of on-site content ambassadors, coaching them to capture authentic stories.
  • Collaborate with digital and creative agencies to design high-performing paid social campaigns.
  • Report on KPIs with data-led insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
You Will Need
  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media or content roles, covering both organic and paid channels.
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form content and optimise it for different audiences.
  • Strong grasp of analytics and social listening tools, translating insights into strategic action.
  • Confident communicator who builds relationships easily with internal teams and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a proactive, organised approach to project delivery.
